The record
Every call, logged before you see it.
A newsletter post can be edited after it is sent. The ledger cannot be quietly changed.

How a call is graded
Each call has one entry price: a limit order for a pullback, a stop order for a breakout. It counts as filled once an hourly candle reaches that price, and it is graded in R from there: the distance from entry to stop is 1R, so a target three times that far away scores +3R and a stop scores -1R. Grading uses hourly Binance candles from the first full hour after publication. A target reached in the same hour as the fill does not count, because the order of moves inside one candle is unknown. A call that never fills within 30 days is recorded as never filled; one that fills but resolves neither way closes at 30 days as expired. Losses stay in the record.
Check it yourself
Each ledger line carries the SHA-256 hash of the line before it, so changing any past call breaks every hash after it, and each call is its own git commit. Download the repository and run python3 verify.py calls.jsonl.
The rules
- Leverage: from 12 October every stop sits no more than 6% from the entry, so on a 10x position it is hit before liquidation. A coin whose daily range is wider than that is not called. The first call, SUI, has its stop 11.9% from its entry.
- Losing streaks: after 3 losses in a row or 5R below the peak, risk per call halves. At 8R below the peak, no new calls for 7 days. Enforced in code and announced in the issue.
- Dealing: degencoder enters at or after publication at the published level, never trades against a published call, and no referral link ever sits next to a call. Every open call is listed in The Book.
Corrections
11 October 2026, SUI long. The first call went out with an entry zone, 1.0163 to 1.0985, and quoted 2.31R measured from the middle of it. SUI was already at the top of the zone, so that is where a trader filled, and from there the target pays 1.27R. The call is graded from 1.0985. From 12 October every call has one entry price, and the R it quotes is the R it pays.
If an issue ever prints a wrong number, the correction is listed here and linked from that issue.
